2-4 working hours delivery - Dubai only

This option is available if you order before 6PM. Order amount should be AED99 or higher for this option to show up. To be eligible for this service, please choose this option upon checkout and agree to the displayed fees. If you order after 6PM, you will receive your order next day before 4PM. Working hours start from 10AM. 
Please make sure that you pick this option before 6PM to deliver same day. Delivery fees are non-refundable if picked by mistake. However, you will get next day high priority delivery.

Deliver by tomorrow (order before 10PM)  - (except remote areas)

You will receive your order the next business day when you order before 10PM. (Fees are displayed upon checkout). You will receive your order next day. If you order after 10PM, you will receive your order after 2 days.

1-2 Days delivery:

Your order will be packed and delivered within 1-2 working days after placing the order.

Free shipping eligibility:

All orders above AED250 are subject to free shipping option.

Remote areas:

We will deliver to these areas only on Mondays and Thursdays. Please contact us at info@incrediedals.ae to check if your area is a remote area or not before ordering. 

Weather conditions delays:

If severe weather conditions are present (thunderstorm, heavy raining, etc..), deliveries will be delayed to next business day. Kindly contact us on 0503463250 during bad weather to check how much your order will get affected by weather conditions. In these cases, we will provide you with a discount code for your next order because even on bad weather, we appreciate our customers.
