Will I receive a new and sealed product?
All products from incrediDeals are new and sealed, obtained from original distributors. You are purchasing from a reliable source, rather than a marketplace.
Do you offer warranty on Apple products that you sell?
All Apple devices come with a one-year warranty at all Apple Stores in the UAE. Exception: Apple Vision Pro warranty will be valid upon release in the UAE.

Can I pickup my products?
As an online store, we use our Dubai warehouse exclusively for packing and delivering orders with rapid delivery times (2-4 hours across Dubai & 1-2 days for the rest of the UAE) and 2-3 days internationally. We are exploring ways to seamlessly integrate this function in the future.
